A part-time and full-time contract Licensed Therapist Position is open at Sunflower Counseling Services PLLC! We are a thriving private practice group that is growing and we’re looking for 1-2 dynamic therapists to add to our eclectic team in the Greater Memphis Area. Experience in couples / family therapy is preferred, desire to work with children in-office and specialized populations and/or intervention training are a plus!
*****All candidates MUST be fully licensed, unrestricted, by the State of Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, etc.), with advanced training and experience providing psychotherapy/counseling services.*****

Application Requirements Include:
Fully unrestricted licensed status in the state of Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist-MHSP) with state board approval to diagnose, assess and treat mental health disorders
Strong knowledge/ experience with DSM-V, assessment, and treatment
Individual NPI number
Willingness to undergo background check and provide references
Individual professional liability insurance coverage

Job Opening: Office Assistant
We are hiring a part-time Office Assistant to aid in client relations, office inventory and insurance billing issues. Preference given to those with mental health related work and/or office related work. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and independently driven in the work atmosphere.

Job duties for Office Assistant during the initial 3 month period include the following:
[ x ] Manage receptionist duties including communication with current and potential clients through phone, voicemail, and email.
[x] Schedule intake appointments and send intake paperwork digitally to new clients.
[x] Maintain office inventory of necessary supplies and complete purchases, as needed.
[x] Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff during all interactions.
[x] Address billing concerns with insurance payers/ claim resolution as well as with clients to obtain outstanding balances owed and/or establish payment plans.
[ x ] Help organize and maintain office common areas, to include light cleaning/dusting duties.
[ x ] Manage office assistant grids including waitlist gird, staffing grid, timesheet, outstanding balances grid and others as appropriate.
[ x ] Other duties as assigned and appropriate.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) & Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
