GROUP THERAPY

Current Group Therapy Offered

We believe in group therapy as it helps you realize that you are not alone in your journey. It helps people relate to others (and yourself) in healthier ways, as well as providing a safe and supportive place. It often helps you find your voice and build confidence, as well as many other benefits. Listed below are our current offerings for group therapy.
