Current Group Therapy Offered

At Sunflower Counseling Services we believe in the power of group therapy. There is strength in knowing that at the very least, you are not alone. Group therapy may help you relate to others (and yourself) in healthier ways, while providing a safe and supportive environment. Listed below are our current offerings for group therapy.

WOMEN'S PAINT & PROCESS GROUP

Wednesdays 5:30-7:00pm starting November 2024

This weekly in-person group is designed for women ages 27-45 to gather to process life challenges and adjustments while creating art through painting. Slots are limited to 8 participants.

Cost: BCBS, Aetna, UHC/Optum insurances are accepted or $50 per group. A one time $40 registration fee for art supplies is due at registration.
