"Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light."  -  Albus Dumbledore

Sometimes it feels like that happiness and light is hard to find.  I would love to help you discover that light again.

I have been working with children, adolescents, and adults since 2020 in the field of mental health. I have experience working with individuals and groups in a partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient setting, as well as outpatient settings. I have a passion for helping those with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, ADHD/ADD, and addictive behaviors.  I love helping others build positive communication skills and gain self-esteem.

I received my Bachelors' degree in psychology from The University of Memphis with a minor in dance in 2018 and received my Masters' degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Memphis in 2021.  I will be receiving my full LPC-MHSP licensure in 2026.  As a therapist working towards full licensure, I am working under the clinical supervision of R. Allie Coughlin, LPC-MHSP-S.

I am a Memphis native, who lives with my husband, daughter, and pets in Olive Branch.  In my spare time, you can find me singing at my church, going to the zoo with my daughter, reading a good novel, or rewatching Harry Potter for the millionth time.

I currently work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, both in-person and via telehealth, with children starting at age 7, adolescents, and adults. Currently accepting Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare (Optum), or a private pay rate of $90 per individual session.
